Exercise Setup

Task Comments

1. Connect to the switch using VMMI:

Select the Switch drop-down menu.

Select Connect to….

User Name is Installer

Input the password: Default is I*746*

Set the Connection parameters:

DXP/Plus: 9600 Baud, Parity=None, Data Bits=8, Stop

Bits=1

FX Series: 19200 Baud, Parity=None, Data Bits=8,

Stop Bits=1

Click on Connect

2. Master Clear the system.

Select the File drop-down menu.

Select Master Clear and Select Mode 1

3. Set the System Clock:

Select the Switch drop-down menu.

Select Change System Time.
